Growing up as a child I always had a love for people, especially the elderly which lead me to where I am today. I worked for 16 years in banking prior to starting work in the health care profession. I started my career with Elmcroft in August of 2000 working in the Dietary Department as a Cook and I am now serving as the Resident Director since June of 2004.
