Map: Directions: Elmcroft of Northridge 600 Newton Road Raleigh, NC 27615
From 1-40 East: Take the Inner Beltline 440 to Six Forks Road (Exit 8). Travel approximately 4 miles to Newton Road. Turn right onto Newton road. Outlook Pointe at Northridge is located approximately 1/4 mile on tile right. Turn right on Van Thomas to second driveway on the left to the main entrance. From the Downtown Area: Take Wake Forest Road North. This will turn into Falls of Neuse Road. Travel approximately 2-3 miles on Falls of Neuse. Turn left onto Newton Road and travel about 1 mile to Outlook Pointe at Northridge on the left. Turn left on Van Thomas to second driveway on the left to the main entrance. |
