Diane West, Residence Director
Diane began her career serving seniors in the skilled nursing industry, holding myriad jobs from cooking to care giving. In the spring of 1997, she found her niche in assisted living. Diane became Residents Services Coordinator at Elmcroft of Pocahontas, responsible for the resident assistants and all the activities for its residents. She rose to the position of Residence Director, providing compassionate leadership for four years. In 2003 she brought her leadership style to Mountain Home. Her ability to manage her team and support and care for her residents creates an atmosphere very much like home.
