With over 10 years experience working with individuals with dementia, Pat brought a great deal of depth and understanding to her position as Residence Director of Elmcroft of West Knoxville. In addition, she spent two years with the Alzheimer's Association, serving as their Program Director.
Pat received her master’s degree in Counseling, as well as her bachelor's degree in Psychology, from the University of Houston at Clear Lake. Prior to working with senior members of the community, she taught first grade for several years and provided mental health services for children in Texas before returning to Tennessee.
