Elmcroft operates 44 assisted living communities in 12 states in the eastern United States. Each day our staff demonstrate their passion for seniors in the little things they do. Examples of their dedication are in the stories below.

Miss Flora, a resident at Elmcroft, was not doing too well and was spending much of her time in her apartment. To pick up her spirits,Patricia, the Maintenance Director, wanted to do something special for her. She had heard Miss Flora say she really liked lobster tail with butter, but had not had it in years. Patricia and Elvin, the Dining Services Director, made it happen for Miss Flora and several other residents. The next afternoon they feasted on a special lunch in the private dining room. The afternoon was filled with laughter and lobster, ultimately picking up the spirits everyone, most of all, Miss Flora.
